Something different freebie.....

well, something different from me...lol
This is like a quickpage..each file is a paper,
a frame and a ribbon and I saved it as a .psd
file so that the layers stay intact. You can mix
and match them with one another if you like.
use it as is..or each element by itself.
I thought I would try it out like this instead
of putting all the papers in one zip, all the
frames in another and son. I dont think I
am going to do it like this all the time..its
just how this particular scrap hit me.
If you like, tell me if this works for you.
I left it in the psd format so that Paintshop
and Photoshop (as well as some others)
would be able to use them.

There are 3 of each:
3 papers, 3 frames, 3 ribbons

I made these today..I started out trying
to figure what I was going to post tonight,
and upon opening paintshop (which I shouldnt do)
I spotted something I did some time ago but I just
didnt know what to put it with. But playing today
I came up with this little diddy. Its not how I really
wanted it to be..but its cute and couldnt leave it, so
here they are for you..
I call them Star Dangles (for lack of a better term)

I have these real nice papers I want to put here,
but I want to put some embelly's with them..the
problem?
I'm cant make up my mind which way I want the
embellies to look..sheesh! If I dont come up with
some embellies tomorrow, then I am just going to
post the papers and then perhaps ask you all for
some opinions on what type of embellies you think
would look good with the papers. Well...............

Okie dokie..a Friday freebie!

Not that there's any special day for freebies : )
Its just that I finally finished what I started and
it happened to be today (Friday).

OK...noone caught that?..lol I just now realized

hi..Happy Sunday everyone!

We deal with enough all week long..we need the

Tonights freebie is my Rag flowers. I gave these
to someone about a week or so ago to say Thanks

Not that I'm saying noone else is..just that I was
able to because she let herself known by leaving
comments. I would love to do that for all of you,

Finally...a freebie!

I have finally finished the new freebies...I was going to do papers,
but from what I have been seeing from the downloads is that the
majority enjoy the embellishes. So I figured I'd give that for today

Happy Monday everyone! a Freebie perhaps????

I hope your Monday has started off on a good foot. I am posting this
because I'd like to say Thank you all for such nice comments left here
as well as on the 4shared site. I can honestly say I know how all those
people felt when I left comments on their sites. Its so rewarding to
see that everyone has been enjoying the scraps.
I felt so badly about people not being able to get my latest freebie
because of 4shared saying the file was "suspected of illegal/copywrite"
issues. I reupped the file in my Divshare account so the link is ok now.
I only hope that those who had trouble getting he file checks back so
they dont miss it. There is no way of letting these people know because
the large percent of the visitors leave a name, so I dont know if they have
blogs too where I can leave a comment not only to say "Thanks", but
to let them know about any updates.

With that I move onto.....what else?......a freebie!

I would like to remark a little about the file hosting
sites if I may. I started to use 4shared because I
figured that everyone was pretty much use to
downloading from there. But I think if more
people knew what other options they have, maybe
they would use other sites as well. I have accts
with
Megashare (not megaupload) http://www.megashare.com
File2upload http://file2upload.net
Divshare http://www.divshare.com

These are really good file hosting sites to use.
File2upload and Divshare have the ability to make
folders, megashare doesnt, but they all are easy to
use. They all have great support.
Divshare keeps your files online forever!
its like having a paid acct.
File2upload does delete files that havent been
downloaded..but they will contact you to let you know
so you can save your files. And to be honest..they have
left files for quite a long time. Megashare also deletes
files that havent been downloaded in 30 days, but again
I have files still there that I put for my own backup and
never have been downloaded by anyone and some of
them have been there since last year. But you should
check those sites out, I think you will end up using them
File2upload and Megashare do give away free premium
accts so check there every once in awhile! If I happen
to catch it, I will post it here...ok?
I guess thats it for now..if I have time, I may put
up another freebie later this evening!

I cant believe the last freebie was on Wednesday! How time flies!
I didnt realize how many days went by already! It blows my mind!
Well..I hope you guys think its worth the wait. I was going to just
put the scraps in one zip and call it a day, but I know there are
people out there still on dialup and downloading larger files can be
a pain in the rear..so I opted to go ahead and make seperate zips.
And..put one zip a day..no worries..its only a matter of 2 days : )

Sunday and..2 Freebies!

Hello everyone..

I hope you all had a nice weekend. Hopefully some of you got to do some scrapping.
Me?..nah, I had a few things to do today and just had time now to post these before
calling it a night..got to get up early in the morning..see, my day starts at 4:30 am
and by the time I get done with everything..its close to 1 am. So needless to say,
I'm pooped!
Ok..onto the freebies.. I have 6 overlays if your interested. There are 3 in black,
2 in grey and one in white..of course you can turn them into whatever color suits
you. If the black design seems to make a better overlay in white, then by all means
simply hit the Negative button or whichever you like to do it best. Me? I just use
the Contrast and Brightness feature and slide it all the way to the side I happen to
need..if I want white, then I slide both sliders to the right and for black I slide both
to the left. The other freebie is one of my favorites..I call them Rag stars..these
have stitching going around the shape of it, the stitches (not the stars) are in
7 different colors. You will see 2 "blue", one is a denim..so..I hope you like these
as much as I do!

Freebies..Scrolls

hey gang...

I some of these awhile ago and I wasnt sure how I was
going to finish them off..they have been sitting in a folder
doing nothing but taking up space..so I had a few more..
well, I added 35 more to the folder..and I figured they
could be used for framing, corners or whatever your
artistice mood takes you. I guess once I started to try
different patterns out, I got carried away..lol

The preview says "40 Scrolls"..but I there are 43 in there.
I was having a hard time deciding which ones to take out
to make the even amount..so after driving myself nuts, I
decided to just leave them. Not that theres a big deal over
3, but I didnt want you all to think I didnt know how to
count...lol As just about always..they are all assorted
colored patterns, I am sure you will find at least one in
there that you will use..I hope you like these..I do intend
on making the scrolls in different shapes/designs, I kind
of liked this particular design because of the different ways
it can be used. Some designs just dont have it like that.
